  • Attention to detail is crucial, especially when it comes to measuring your forklift wheelbase. Keep in mind that our support channel deducts approximately 4 inches from the width. A standard warehouse forklift is about 41-45 inches wide, which is just under five feet. The most common units that we fabricate is 72in wide which allows for about 9.5in of clearance on eachside of a 45 inch wide forklift wheel base.
